How to cook an Omelette

Ingredients:

• 2-4 eggs
• Frying pan or griddle
• Milk or water
• Non-stick oil
• Something to beat your eggs with (mixer, fork, wire whisk)
• Flipper or spatula
• Salt and pepper (or other herbs and spices)
• Omelette fillings
  • Shredded Cheese
  • Green Pepper
  • Onions chopped
  • mushrooms
  • diced tomatoes
  • ham
  • Oil or butter

Steps:

1. Gather your omelette filling ingredients.  Chop these into bite-size pieces. Some common omelette additions include onions, ham, bell peppers, braising greens, spinach, sausage, olives, diced tomatoes and mushrooms.
2. Break the eggs. After breaking the eggs, be sure to wash your hands thoroughly to prevent salmonella poisoning lol.
3. Beat the eggs until they are completely mixed (the yolks and the whites). At this stage you can add salt, pepper, and other herbs and spices to the eggs.
4. Stir up your other ingredients.
5. Put the pan on low to medium heat, and pour in the eggs, spreading them evenly by tilting the pan, or with a spatula. Adding a splash of milk will help make the eggs fluffy.
6. While the eggs are firm on the bottom, but still slightly runny on top, sprinkle shredded cheese over eggs. You will know that the omelette is done when there is no liquid left in the eggs.
7. Take three-quarters of your ingredients, and evenly sprinkle them over the eggs.
8. Gently roll the sides of your omelette, about an inch or two. Then roll or fold the ends of the omelette, closing in the ingredients.
9. Roll your omelette onto your plate, or use the spatula and lift it onto your plate.
10. Place the remaining ingredients on top, and sprinkle with cheese.

I wish to thank my family and God that I have officially graduated from NTU with an Honours degree in Mechatronics and with a minor in Business. Without you all, this would seems to be an impossible thing to do. Now what I need to do now is to get a job and a career to start with.  For my very first,  it’s pre-school and it was done. Coming next was the primary school and it was finished too. After that, junior high and senior high came and that were done too and finally, the Uni is done. YAY! Stages after stages and now I’m off to the real world. I can’t believe that I will keep saying that time flies so fast. Whenever I’m recalling back the collections of my memories, it’s like watching a movie about my own life and I’m so excited about that and  keep wondering what come up next. Yep, it’s my own memory which is my only time machine that could transport me back to those days.

I think I sound so mushy with my above comments hahaha, but it can’t be helped. Never mind, anyway, I’ve been listening to ‘Blue Night’ by Michael Learns To Rock for the 1425th times. It’s very good I think. Here you go.

The Place is called Camino Del Rey according to the author and the place has claimed a lot of lives due to its nature as you can see from the video above. The guy or gal or people doing this must be a sicko. Certainly this video shocks me damn real. It is even more ‘challenging’ than the one in the Sipiso-piso waterfall staircase in Lake Toba. However, what they are doing is actually endangering their own lifes. Once, you tipped over, it’s GAME OVER you know.

That’s right. For you final year students, you period of candidature should have changed and for me, it has. Wew, I’m so close to the finishing line of this marathon race. Results tentatively would be out on 5th of June 2008.

Today marks the official 1st Anniversary for my blog, Chronicles of My Life. This blog was set up exactly 366 days ago, as a replacement for my first blog. It’s been rather useful to me and todate, I have SO FAR published 64 public posts while maintaining only 2 private posts.

I felt so sorry today. I rejected an opportunity to help an old man in his late years. I felt so bad. It looks very ugly and I can’t believe what I have done. Yucks! It’s like only after a man sitting besides me, gave in to the old’s man favour, a lightning striked me and I’m awake. I can’t understand what I’m thinking at that moment. Oh God, pls forgive me.

It ain’t gonna happen again in the future, I promised myself.

Went today to Serangoon Broadway Studio - located near the Potong Pasir MRT station today in order to purchase a set of graduation gown. Went there with Blazers and we lost our way to the studio. Hillarious. We lost our direction and had to walk back and forth on the same path. As you can see from the picture below, there are lots of ways under the flyover and we lost our way there. Nevertheless, we found the studio only after ended up on the opposite side of the road, which is the Bendemeer road, which name in the picture is cropped into Rd.

I think it would be better for me to share with you how we got there, so as not to fallen onto the same fate that we had. So, upon arriving potong pasir MRT station, straight away you walked out from EXIT C, then you walk against the traffic direction before you chance upon a flyover. Still keeping your course, crossed the multiple roads under the flyover and you would see lines of coffeeshops. The studio would be just nice a few walks from there.

We incurred around hundred bucks for each one of us, this package has included a set of graduation gown coupled with a 8R size of individual photo taking.

So, here’s a picture showing how the gown looks like. The set comes complete with a blue gown, a black hat and a gold-edge white hood, indicating that I or we are engineering cohort graduates. Other courses will have different hood’s colour.

Wow, it’s been a marvellous four years and in the blink of an eye, I’m gonna wear those gown in month’s time.

This final match of the UEFA Champions League is going to take place in Luzhniki Stadium in Moscow. The final would have the world witness the two best EPL football clubs on Earth facing again each other, the red Manchester United playing against the blue Chelsea. No doubt, tension would be high, especially after the EPL league results.  I would like to call this, Battle of Moscow. I for one, would like to see United clinch the title attributing them the ‘Doubles’ to which they have aimed for.

Way to go Uniteddd. Go! Full Steam Ahead to Moscow! Let’s kick Grant’s fat ass for once again.

I’m so happy. My favourite ever childhood’s story by Jules Verne titled Journey to the Center of the Earth has finally been filmed into a movie. It’s a co-venture between New Line Cinema production and Walden Media starring the famous Brendan Fraser (The Mummy) as that ‘cheeky’ Professor Lidenbrok.

If you have ever read about this classic sci-fi 1864 story, you will know how imaginative Jules is and the way he wrote and described his wild imaginations in this marvellous story, you easily be able to glimpse and picture what he meant and could feel as if you were there. It’s an amazing piece of work and till today, I will always remember how the story goes and back in the younger days, I always used to dream as if I were that Professor Lindebrok’s nephew, Axel, hahaha.

The movie is directed by Academy Award-winning visual effect Eric Brevig (Pearl Harbour) and would be released into Theaters on July 11th, 2008. Oh, I can’t wait no more. I could feel that I’m younger and more energetic now hahaha.
